根据本市复工复产相关要求，上海市科技政务服务中心（徐汇区中山西路1525号技贸大厦）制定了《科技政务服务中心复工工作方案》，在完成工作人员返岗前准备、对大厅设施设备进行检查调试、并严格对场所进行消杀后，将于2022年6月8日起有序恢复线下服务。现将有关情况公告如下：

　　1、 所有事项全部采用预约制办理。办事人员可通过“一网通办”总门户、随申办APP、支付宝微信小程序里的预约模块进行线上预约，无预约者现场不予接待。

　　2、 凡进入政务大厅的办事人员必须佩戴口罩、测量体温、扫 “场所码”，“随申码”显示绿色、持72小时内核酸阴性报告、体温正常方可进入科技政务服务中心办事大厅。

　　3、 所有进入科技政务服务中心办事大厅的来访者办理登记期间须全程佩戴口罩，遵守现场秩序管理要求，保持2米社交距离。

　　4、为避免恢复线下窗口办理后可能引起的聚集、扎堆现象，尽可能通过“随申办”APP、“随申办”微信和支付宝小程序以及“一网通办”PC端“不见面办理”，全程在线办理。

Notice on Resuming Offline Services of Shanghai Science & Technology Administrative Service Centre

　　According to Shanghai’s requirements for resumption of work and production, Shanghai Science & Technology Administrative Service Center will resume offline services in an orderly manner from June 8, 2022. The relevant information is hereby announced as follows:

　　1. All affairs will be handled under an appointment system. An applicant may appoint on Government Online-Offline Shanghai portal, E-shimin APP or Alipay/WeChat mini program. Any applicant without appointment will not be received on site.

　　2. Any visitor entering the hall must wear a mask, get body temperature measured, scan the “place code” and “Shanghai QR Code” to show green status, carry with a negative PCR test result within 72 hours and show normal body temperature.

　　3. Any visitor entering the hall must keep the mask on, comply with public order management requirements, and keep a social distance of 2 meters.

　　4. In order to avoid crowd gathering, we recommend handling the whole process as far as possible through the E-shimin APP, E-shimin WeChat/Alipay mini program, or “Online Approval” on Government Online-Offline Shanghai PC webpage.
