3月30日上午，在上海市科学技术委员会副主任陆敏、巴西驻上海总领事馆总领事王古文的共同支持与见证下，上海市科技创业中心与巴西初创企业协会签署跨境双创合作备忘录，共同助力中巴创新生态深度融合，协力推动中巴科技企业加速发展。签约仪式上，陆敏副主任和王古文总领事分别致辞，对本次签约寄予厚望。巴西出口投资促进局、市科委国际合作处、张江药谷、漕河泾创业中心、XNode、浩汶生物等嘉宾代表出席签约仪式，共话国际创新合作，探索跨境加速机遇。
On March 30th,2023,in order to further strengthen collaboration between both countries in innovation,Shanghai Technology Innovation Center(STIC)and Brazilian Association of Startups(ABSTARTUPS)signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU)for Cross-Border Collaboration,with the support and witness of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality(STCSM)and Consulate-General of Brazil in Shanghai.This partnership aims to enhance bilateral cooperation between the startup communities of China and Brazil.Accordingly,guests from Shanghai Zhangjiang Pharma Engine,Caohejing InnoClub,XNode,Hooven Biotechnology,ApexBrazil were invited as the representatives of startup communities of both sides,to share their insights and suggestions for cross-border collaboration in innovation and entrepreneurship.
在此次合作框架之下，基于协调构建科创孵化生态的职能，双方将共同组织孵化运营研讨会、技术专题研讨会、实习和交流等活动，定期互通本土生态的发展情况；基于服务助力科创企业国际化发展的职能，双方将共同实施科创企业跨境加速，共同激励高潜力创业企业的全球化拓展。
Under the terms of the MoU,STIC and ABSTARTUPS will work together to identify and develop opportunities for startups from both countries to collaborate and expand their businesses in the other's market.The partnership will also facilitate exchange of knowledge,best practices and resources to support the growth and development of startups.
上海市科技创业中心（STIC）成立于1988年，作为全市科技企业孵化器网络及大学科技园的协调服务机构，致力于构建科技创新创业服务生态。2016年，在上海市科委的支持下，创业中心发起成立创业首站跨境孵化业务社群，遴选本土30余家孵化载体及服务机构，关注“初创企业”与“国际化”，助力海外创业企业“智”在上海，支持中国初创企业“融”入全球。本次MOU签署，有望推动更多优质首站成员助力中巴科创企业交流合作。
