为更好满足办事人员实际需求，上海市科技政务服务中心持续优化窗口办事模式，自2023年3月8日起，同时提供“预约”与“非预约”双轨办事方式。

　　

　　办事人员可预约或不经预约直接前往政务服务中心，按照现场工作人员引导办理科技政务服务事项。通过网上预约的办事人员，按照预约时间段前往办理的，可享受优先办理服务。

　　

　　预约办理可通本市“一网通办”平台、随申办APP、支付宝或微信端的“随申办”小程序等渠道进行网上预约。

　　Notice on Optimizing Services of Shanghai Science & Technology Administrative Service Center

　　

　　Shanghai Science & Technology Administrative Service Center keeps optimizing its service desks for better customer experience and satisfaction. Both by-appointment and walk-in services will be provided from March 8, 2023.

　　

　　The Service Center will receive both by-appointment and walk-in customers, who can enjoy science and technology administrative services with guidance from our on-site clerks. Customers who have made an online appointment will get priority if they come to the Service Center as scheduled.

　　

　　Online appointments can be made on “Government Online-Offline Shanghai”, Suishenban APP or Suishenban mini program on Alipay and WeChat.
